FAQs
How long does it take for my changes to go live?
For Android devices, changes are usually immediate but may require the service providers to update or reinstall the app.
On iOS devices, updates to the app's icon, name, or splash screen will only be visible after the service provider reinstalls the app from Safari.
Changes to the navigation bar logo and in-app color scheme will go live immediately for all users on both platforms, without requiring a reinstall.
