Enabling Notifications on Android
Open the Zenbooker App: Launch the Zenbooker mobile web app on your Android device.
Navigate to Settings: Tap your user icon in the app's top-right corner.
Enable Push Notifications: Go to the 'Notifications' section and toggle the switch to enable push notifications.
Enabling Notifications on iOS
Note: To enable push notifications on iOS, you must be running iOS version 16.4 or later and add the app to your home screen. Learn more
Add to Home Screen: Open the Zenbooker mobile web app in Safari and add it to your home screen by tapping the 'Share' icon and selecting 'Add to Home Screen.'
Open the App: Launch the Zenbooker app from your home screen.
Navigate to Settings: Tap your user icon in the app's top-right corner.
Enable Push Notifications: Go to the 'Notifications' section and toggle the switch to enable push notifications.
Notification Events
After enabling push notifications, you'll receive alerts for the following activities based on your role as a Service Provider, Manager, or both.
Service Provider Notifications:
A new job is assigned to you.
A new recurring booking is assigned to you.
A new claimable job offer is available.
An assigned job is rescheduled.
An assigned job is canceled.
A note is added to an assigned job or recurring booking.
Manager Notifications:
New online bookings.
New jobs scheduled by teammates.
A service provider claims a job offer.
Jobs are rescheduled or canceled.
A customer rates their service.
A new note is added to a job, recurring booking, or customer profile.
Note: If you have both Service Provider and Manager roles, you will receive notification alerts for both roles.
