A booking button sends visitors into your booking flow — to your services page, to one specific service, or into a service customization popup over the current page.
The service area checker is a booking button with a coverage check in front: the visitor enters their ZIP or postal code, and only continues into booking if it's inside your service territories.
Both are configured the same way. The editor saves your changes automatically; they appear on your live website the next time you publish.
Add one to a page
In the website editor, open the Agent panel.
Describe what you want and where it goes. For example: "Add a Book Now button to the hero" or "Add a ZIP code checker to the home page".
Review the agent's work and iterate — "make it bigger", "move it up top" — until it's right.
Choose where visitors go
In the website editor, click the button or checker on the page.
In the inspector, find the Booking CTA or Service Area Checker section.
Under Link to service, choose the service to send visitors to. The default, Services page (default), sends visitors to your services page. For a checker,
visitors continue there after their postal code passes the coverage check
Tip: If you build a separate landing page for each service, point that page's buttons and checker at that page's service.
Open booking in a popup
When a button or checker is linked to a specific service, the booking flow can open in a popup instead of navigating to another page.
In the website editor, click the button or checker on the page.
In the inspector, find the Booking CTA or Service Area Checker section.
Turn on Open as modal (button) or Open booking modal on success (checker).
Optional: under Display mode, choose how the popup presents booking questions:
Accordion — sections expand and collapse on one screen.
Step by step — one question group per screen.
After a visitor selects options in the popup, they continue to booking to choose a date and time, enter their details, and any payment details, if required.
The postal code checker
The checker tests each ZIP or postal code against your service territories, so it always uses your current coverage.
If the entered ZIP or postal code isn't serviced by one of your territories, the checker displays a message letting the visitor know they're outside your service area.
