There are four types of booking widgets that can be used with the website builder on any page:
Booking buttons — a button that sends visitors to your services page, a specific service, or opens the booking flow in a popup.
Service catalog — a grid of your services with names, descriptions, images, prices, and book buttons.
Service options — an on-page configurator for one service. Visitors select options and see the total price update before they start booking.
Service area checker — a postal code check that tells visitors whether they're within your service area.
Widgets use live account information
Widgets use your actual service and booking settings from Zenbooker. The following changes apply to your published website automatically, without republishing:
Service names, descriptions, images, and prices
Options and option pricing
Service territories
Availability and scheduling settings
Two kinds of changes do require a publish:
Widget settings — for example, which service a button opens, or which services a catalog displays. These are part of the page, so they reach your live site the next time you publish.
Written text — text on your pages doesn't update on its own. If a paragraph mentions a price and you later change that price, the paragraph keeps the old number. Where possible, let widgets display your prices.
Adding booking widgets
The Site Agent adds widgets for you. It builds them into the page's design — matching your layout, colors, and typography — so a widget feels like part of the page rather than an embedded block. And because it knows your services, buttons and catalogs come connected to the right ones. In the agent panel, describe what you want:
"Add a Book Now button to the hero"
"Add a section showing my cleaning services with prices"
"Add a price calculator for junk removal to this page"
"Add a ZIP code checker to the home page"
Pages the agent creates, such as a services page, usually include booking widgets already. You can also drag a widget onto a page yourself from the Widgets section of the editor's left sidebar.
After a widget is on the page, you can change its settings yourself by clicking it in the editor.
