This is found at Settings>Scheduling Policies>Location>Availability Options,
If your availability policy is instead set to Manual, then skills will not be taken into consideration when checking availability.
If the options 'Automatically Assign or 'Automatically Offer' are turned on for a service, then skills will be taken into consideration by Zenbooker when jobs are offered or automatically assigned to your service providers.
Using skill tags to assign the best worker (or workers) to the job
By default, new jobs have no skill requirements. If the job's service has skill requirements defined when the job is first scheduled, those skill requirements will automatically be added to the job. You can always edit a job's skill requirements at any time.
When assigning a job manually, you can filter providers based on their skill tags
If a provider is missing skills, a warning icon will appear next to the provider's name.
Hovering over the icon, will show which required skills the provider has (green) and which skills the provider is missing (dark grey)
