Overview
You can sync your Zenbooker schedule to third party calendar applications. You can also allow your service providers to sync their assigned jobs to their personal calendar.
Some things to keep in mind:
Calendar syncing is one-way, meaning Zenbooker will only send information to you calendar and won't sync your calendar events to Zenbooker.
Syncing is not real-time and is dependent on how often your calendar app fetches your schedule from Zenbooker. For example, Google Calendar will only pull information from Zenbooker approximately every 12 hours, with no option to manually refresh your calendar or run a sync. Whereas some calendar apps allow you to customize how often data should be refreshed, like Apple's Calendar (which can be set to resync every 15 minutes).
How to sync your full Zenbooker schedule to your calendar.
Your full Zenbooker schedule includes all scheduled jobs in your accounts.
From the Zenbooker Admin, go to Settings > Calendar Syncing
If calendar sync hasn't been set up before on your account, click Get Started to generate your calendar sync feed.
You can manually copy and past your Zenbooker calendar feed link into your calendar application.
